Here you can express your interest in the Online Self-Help Group with the theme: "You are not alone".

Once we have received 15 expressions of interest, we will send out an invitation via email to all those interested. You will have the option to reserve your spot or decline.

If you choose to participate, you will have the opportunity to meet others in the Self-Help Group, learn to use the conversation tool "Rundan," and grow together with others.
